Is this for you?

Built for people with trust already earned

The fastest Skool launches start with an audience or a reputation. Tick two or more and we should talk.

A strong fit if you

  • Have an audience that listens: roughly 5,000+ followers, an email list, a podcast or a YouTube channel
  • Are a recognized expert, coach, consultant or professional with clients asking for more of you
  • Already sell coaching, courses or services and want recurring revenue on top
  • Run a free group on Facebook, Discord, WhatsApp or Telegram that you want to monetize or move
  • Are a brand that wants a customer, partner or ambassador community

Not for you if

You want a get rich quick scheme, have nothing to teach yet, or expect a community to sell itself with zero involvement from you. Members join for you and your expertise.

Objections

What stops most experts, and how we solve it

“I do not have time to run a community.”

We build the system so it runs without you living in the feed: onboarding automations, a content calendar, scheduled events and, if you want, our team moderating daily. You show up for the live calls and the expertise.

“My audience is too small.”

Paid communities do not need millions of followers. The math section above shows why a few hundred members at a fair price already matters. If your audience is small, we start with a free group and a lead magnet and grow it before you charge.

“I am not technical.”

You do not need to be. We configure Skool, payments, onboarding questions, automations, tracking, landing pages and email for you, and hand over a simple guide.

“I do not know what content to put in it.”

We turn what you already know into a classroom: module outlines, lesson scripts, templates and a weekly rhythm of posts and calls. Your expertise stays the core; we give it structure.

“Will people really pay for it?”

We test before you build too much: a waitlist and founding member offer tell us who wants in and at what price. If demand is weak, we adjust the offer before launch, not after.

Guide

Skool agency, community builder and how to monetize

What does a Skool agency do?

A Skool agency plans, builds, launches and grows communities on Skool for people and brands who would rather spend their time on their expertise than on setup, funnels and moderation. Skool puts a community feed, a classroom for courses, a calendar for live calls and gamification in one place, which makes it simple for members. Making it profitable is the hard part.

A good agency starts with the offer, not the software: who the community is for, the result members get, what happens every week and what it costs. Only then does it configure the group, write the about page, structure the classroom and set up onboarding. Launch and growth come next: waitlist, founding members, content, email and paid acquisition, plus the daily work that keeps members engaged and paying.

Skool community builder: what we actually build

As a Skool community builder we deliver a working business, not an empty group. That means a clear promise on the about page, categories and rules that keep the feed useful, a classroom with modules that unlock in a logical order, membership questions that qualify people, a welcome path for the first week and automations that connect Skool to your email and tracking.

Around the group we build the growth engine: a landing page and lead magnet, an email sequence that turns subscribers into members, content that feeds the funnel and, when it makes sense, campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok or Google. For brands we adapt the same system to customer, partner or ambassador communities.

How to monetize a community on Skool

There are three common models. A free community builds an audience you own and sells programs, services or products on top. A paid membership charges a monthly or annual fee for courses, live calls and access to you. Free plus premium combines both: a free group to grow and a paid tier for members who want more.

Revenue comes down to simple math: paying members times monthly price, minus churn. Most of the work is on the levers behind those numbers: a promise specific enough that people pay, onboarding that gets new members to a first win in days, a weekly rhythm of calls and content that makes leaving feel like a loss, and a steady flow of new members from content, email and ads. We help you set the right price, test demand with a founding member offer and track retention every month.

Why Skool for a paid community

Skool keeps everything in one tab: discussion, courses, events and a leaderboard that rewards participation. Members do not need five logins, and you do not need to stitch together a course platform, a forum and a calendar. It suits experts, coaches and creators who want a simple product their members actually use. We are honest when another platform fits better, and we tell you on the first call.

Questions about building on Skool

What is Skool?

Skool is an online platform that combines a community feed, courses (the classroom), a calendar for live events and gamification in one place. Creators use it to run free or paid communities.

Is Focaly affiliated with Skool?

No. Focaly is an independent marketing agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Skool. We build and grow communities on the platform for our clients.

Who owns the community and the Skool account?

You do. The group runs on your own Skool account and plan, paid directly to Skool. We work inside it with the access you give us.

I have no audience yet. Can you still help?

Yes, but we will be honest in the first call. Without an audience, the plan leans on a free community, content and paid acquisition first, and takes longer to monetize.

Can you move my Facebook group, Discord or course platform to Skool?

Yes. We plan the migration of members and content, the announcement and the transition period so you lose as few members as possible.

Do you write the course content?

We structure the classroom, outline modules and can script and edit lessons from your input. Your expertise stays the core of the content.

How long does it take to launch a Skool community?

It depends on how much content and audience you already have. We agree a launch timeline in the written blueprint after the discovery call, before any build starts.

How much should I charge for my Skool community?

It depends on your niche, the result you promise and how much access to you is included. We look at comparable public communities, test demand with a founding member offer and set a price you can raise later.

Free or paid: which Skool model is better?

A free community grows faster and works as a funnel. A paid membership earns from day one but needs a sharper promise. Many creators start free plus premium. We recommend one in the blueprint based on your audience.

Can you run ads to grow my Skool community?

Yes. We build the landing page, lead magnet, email sequence and tracking, then run campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok or Google, reviewed every month.

Do you manage the community after launch?

If you want. Our done-for-you management covers moderation, engagement, events, weekly content and reporting on churn and activity.

Are the $10k+ communities on this page your clients?

No. They are public communities shown as market examples, with estimates based on their public member count and price. They have no relationship with Focaly.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope: setup only, setup plus launch, or ongoing growth and management. You get a custom quote after a 30-minute call.

Your audience is already asking. Give them a community.
